Brief Description of the Work undertaken by BEC Group

Mechanical erection works of 3 x 150 MW Gas Turbine and 320 TPH HRSG Modules.

Salient Features

• Erection of 3 x 150 MW (Ansaldo / Siemens V94.2) Gas Turbine / Generator with associated Auxiliary Equipment, Fuel Oil Skid, Stack and On-base Piping involving P91, P22, P11 and carob steel materials.
• Erection of 320 TPH HRSG Modules, Fabrication and erection of 60 metres height Exhaust Stack, Fabrication and Erection of Bypass Stacks
• Pre-fabrication, Assembly and Erection of:

a. Air inlet system.

b. Exhaust system including ducting and stack.

c. Cooling system.

d. Online and Offline wash system.

e. Complete on-base piping.

f. Fuel gas supply.

g. Fuel oil supply.

h. Painting and Insulation of all ducting and stack.

i. Acoustic enclosure for the GTG.
