Complete Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works including commissioning assistance, for Al Aweer Gas Turbine Power Project, Dubai ‘H’ Station.

Mechanical - 

•    6 x 100 MW Gas Turbines/Generators
•    Fuel Oil and D.M. Water Storage Tanks
•    Hot tapping of Fuel Gas Line, Fuel Gas/Fuel Oil Treatment and Pumping skids
•    Fuel Gas/ Fuel Oil, Water, Air and Fire fighting
•    Complete inlet & exhaust of Gas Turbine
•    Exhaust Stack (Fabrication and erection of 6M dia and 60M high stack including insulation)
•    Firefighting system including Fire Ring Main consisting of GRE piping, Hydrants, Deluge Systems, CO2 systems etc.
•    Painting and insulation for above all systems

Electrical and Instrumentation - 

•    400kV GIS in-door substation
•    400kV/15/15, 140MVA Double winding Generator Transformers
•    Unit and Auxiliary Transformers
•    Local Control buildings complete with all MCCs and Local Control Panels
•    All Power, Auxiliary Power and Control Cabling (Total 1200 Kms of cabling)
•    Calibration, Erection and Field instruments and their hook-ups
•    SCADA and Communication
•    Lighting, Earthing etc.
