BEC conducts D-stress through Therapeutic Yoga & Nutrition sessions for its employees in association with Balance Muscat Ayurveda & Yoga Center. This awareness session highlighted the importance of stress management and wellbeing of individuals at work and home.
The topics included what is stress, what are the causes of stress, how healthy food choices can combat stress, breathing techniques to calm the body and mind. It also included chair yoga exercises which could be easily done at regular intervals in the office.
