Multitech LLC is part of the BEC Group, a leading Omani Construction, Product Sales and Support Services conglomerate

Multitech is the investment arm of the Group for participation in power and water privatisation projects in Sultanate of Oman. Multitech is the founding shareholder in:

  • ACWA Barka SAOG (Barka 1 IWPP) – 456 MW power and 30 MIGD (excluding the ongoing 12.5 MIGD expansion) desalination plant.
  • Al Suwadi Power Co. SAOG (Barka 3 IPP) – 745 MW power plant.
  • Al Batinah Power Co. SAOG (Sohar 2 IPP) – 745 MW power plant.
  • Phoenix Power Co. SAOG (Sur IPP) – 2000 MW power plant.
  • BahwanAstonfield Solar Power LLC (Al Mazyunah Solar Pilot Project) – 303kW power plant.

Multitech also engages in the trading of welding products, electrical products, water treatment & oilfield chemicals, Elevators & Cranes.
